Being active is a necessary part of life...whether it be in mind or body. More often than not, being active in mind is much more motivating than in body. Hopefully, this app I found can help you with this struggle. The app is called iMapMyWalk http://www.mapmywalk.com/imapmy/ . If you like adventure but not the hassle of using your car to "trip" your route distance, then this is the app for you. It can record your workout details, including duration, distance, pace, speed, elevation, calories burned and the route you travel on its interactive map. The many functions in the settings panel will help you to program it to your specific needs. Also, there is no need to be adventurous in using this app, as it will easily record a workout at the gym as well!Do you enjoy sharing your life with the world? or Not! Well, this app has a social media sharing feature too. Thankfully, the developers have allowed for this function to be turned off, and if you decide your in a sharing mood, it can easily be turned back on.
